Ordisyn by Embyrs

A NEW NAME FOR OPSCORE

OpsCore is becoming Ordisyn.

Same Embyrs team. A new name for the operating layer we’re building. You’ll see both names during the transition. On September 1, 2026, Ordisyn becomes the name across the website and system.

EMBYRS ORDISYN AI

Private AI operations that keep work moving.

Ordisyn works between the systems your business already uses. It follows up, organizes information, watches for stalled work, prepares reports, and handles approved administrative tasks without taking judgment away from your team.

LOCAL AI HELP FOR NORTH IDAHO & EASTERN WASHINGTON BUSINESSES

AI consulting, implementation, and workflow automation across Coeur d'Alene and Spokane

Ordisyn by Embyrs is based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We help small and midsize businesses across North Idaho and Eastern Washington choose useful AI projects, install the system, connect existing tools, train the team, and keep the installation healthy after launch.

If you are looking for an AI consultant, small business automation help, workflow automation, or someone to set up private AI for your business, we start with the operational problem rather than forcing another generic app into the company.

Local service area

Coeur d'Alene · Post Falls · Hayden · Rathdrum · Liberty Lake · Spokane Valley · Spokane

Serving nearby North Idaho and Eastern Washington communities, with remote discovery and implementation available when the systems and project are a good fit.

A DIGITAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Less chasing. Fewer dropped handoffs. A clearer view of the business.

Most businesses already have enough software. The trouble is the work between those systems: leads waiting for follow-up, information trapped in inboxes, quotes going stale, documents scattered across folders, and owners piecing together the day by hand.

Ordisyn gives that work a dependable owner. It can read, search, summarize, draft, route, report, and take approved actions. We begin with limited access and expand authority only when the process is tested and you are comfortable with it.

Automate the work.
Keep the judgment.

Every deployment uses permissions, approvals, logs, health checks, rollback plans, and a clear way to stop or escalate work.

WHERE ORDISYN CAN FIT

Start with the work that already repeats.

These are examples, not assumptions about your process. The audit identifies one costly priority to solve first. Compatibility, permissions, and risk are confirmed before implementation.

Administrative reduction

Triage inboxes, prepare documents, update records, and schedule reminders.

Lead generation and qualification

Capture inquiries, qualify interest, enrich records, and prepare approved follow-up.

Client outreach and retention

Prepare approved status updates, reminders, check-ins, and renewal prompts.

Sales and revenue recovery

Surface stale quotes, flag missed follow-up, prepare proposals, and keep opportunities visible.

Operations and coordination

Coordinate handoffs, track jobs, flag stalled work, and prepare the daily plan.

Business knowledge and training

Search procedures, answer policy questions, support onboarding, and surface approved guidance.

Software and systems development

Build internal dashboards, connect tools, automate reports, and test controlled changes.

Owner visibility and decisions

Prepare a daily brief, surface exceptions, show blockers, and route decisions.

External messages and changes to business systems remain behind agreed approval gates.

CONTROL COMES FIRST

Useful automation without a black box.

We map the work, define permissions, decide what requires approval, plan for failures, and measure whether the system is helping. You can see what Ordisyn did, what needs attention, and what remains under human control.

1. Observe and report

Read, search, summarize, draft, and surface the next decision.

2. Assist the team

Handle safe internal updates and prepare work for approval.

3. Act with approval

Send messages or change external systems only through agreed gates.

4. Earn narrow autonomy

Only proven, low-risk work advances beyond approval.

FROM AN ATOMIC THREADS OWNER

“Chris Drake has been instrumental in helping Atomic Threads move from disconnected systems and overwhelming administrative complexity toward a far more organized, scalable operation.

Through Embyrs, he helped us implement and develop a private AI agent that is already building custom software around our actual workflows, reducing the burden on me and my team. Previous to this, I also trusted Chris to replace a failed website project from another vendor, and he delivered a powerful Shopify site that helped our company punch well above its weight.

I would confidently recommend Chris to any business owner looking to save time, improve systems, and scale more intelligently.”

Andrew Willis · Atomic Threads

PRICED BY OPERATIONAL SCOPE

One priority. Multiple priorities. Broad operational coverage.

We do not make you count technical workflows. The audit determines what can responsibly fit, and you receive one fixed proposal before implementation.

STARTER

Focused Automation

$3,500+

installation + $500/month Managed Care

One operational priority

Solve one costly operational problem with a focused system that handles repetitive work, measures the result, and keeps important decisions under human control.

RECOMMENDED FOR MOST BUSINESSES

CORE

Operational Improvement

$7,500+

installation + $1,000/month Managed Care

Multiple operational priorities

Improve several important areas of the business, connected or independent, so work happens more consistently and the owner has better visibility and control.

PRO

Integrated Operations

$14,500+

installation + $2,000/month Managed Care

Broad operational coverage

Improve a broad set of priorities across teams, systems, locations, dashboards, or approved communication channels, with the infrastructure to coordinate and expand them.

Managed installation pricing assumes a 12-month Managed Care commitment beginning at production launch. Hardware and third-party model, messaging, telephony, storage, and software charges are separate unless included in the proposal.

SUPPORT AFTER LAUNCH

Managed Care keeps the system useful, understood, and under control.

We do not install Ordisyn and leave your team to figure it out. Most clients choose Managed Care for ongoing operation, owner education, and access to the advancing Ordisyn Foundation.

MANAGED CARE

We keep the system healthy and help your team use it well.

Managed Care covers monitoring, platform and security updates, backup verification, repair of installed capabilities, routine tuning, incident triage, usage monitoring, and practical recommendations as your business changes.

Owner and team education

We teach approved users how installed capabilities work, where approvals sit, what exceptions mean, and when to involve Embyrs.

A maintained advantage

Managed installations remain eligible for compatible improvements as the Ordisyn Foundation advances.

New capabilities, integrations, major process changes, migrations, and third-party charges are quoted separately.

SELF-MANAGED OWNERSHIP

Your administrator takes the controls.

Organizations with qualified internal technical administration may choose full operational handoff instead of Managed Care. The engagement includes architecture documentation, administrator runbooks, permission and kill-switch procedures, diagnostic tools, backup and restore training, update and rollback training, and a supervised acceptance review.

Self-managed installations are available by proposal. Because they include full-cost implementation, documentation, training, and operational transfer, they carry a higher upfront price than Managed Care installations. Contact us to discuss fit and pricing.

THE ORDISYN MANAGED ADVANTAGE

Your private installation keeps an advantage a one-time build cannot.

Managed Care gives your business access to an Embyrs-maintained Ordisyn Foundation designed to become more capable, resilient, and supportable over time. Compatible improvements can strengthen your installation instead of leaving it frozen at launch.

The methods behind that foundation are part of how Embyrs delivers Ordisyn and are not publicly disclosed. Your data, credentials, and proprietary processes remain isolated.

Private to your business

Your systems, permissions, business context, and data remain specific to your organization.

Carefully maintained

Embyrs tests compatibility and introduces appropriate core improvements through Managed Care.

Strengthened over time

Your installation can advance with the Ordisyn Foundation without exposing private business information.

Private local AI infrastructure

PRIVATE LOCAL INTELLIGENCE

A private local LLM, sized for the work.

For organizations that want sensitive AI inference to remain on hardware they control wherever technically practical, Ordisyn can add a dedicated high-memory local AI appliance.

Starting at $10,000, the add-on includes an approved hardware allowance, local model deployment, workload testing and benchmarking, approved local routing, security configuration, monitoring, and operational handoff.

We do not promise a fashionable model name on hardware that cannot run it well. Final model, memory, speed, context capacity, and price are confirmed after testing the actual workload. Training or fine-tuning a model is separate work.

COMMON QUESTIONS

AI automation for local businesses, answered plainly

Straight answers for Coeur d'Alene, Spokane, North Idaho, and Eastern Washington owners deciding whether AI consulting, implementation, or workflow automation is worth pursuing.

What is AI automation for a small business?

It uses software and approved AI models to handle repetitive work such as lead follow-up, inbox triage, document preparation, record updates, reminders, knowledge search, and owner reporting. People keep the judgment and sensitive decisions.

Do you only advise, or do you install the system?

We do both. Embyrs identifies the opportunity, designs permissions and approvals, installs and connects the system, tests it, trains the team, and can provide Managed Care after launch.

Can Ordisyn work with software we already use?

Often, yes. Ordisyn is designed to work between existing inboxes, documents, calendars, spreadsheets, CRMs, and forms. Compatibility and risk are confirmed during the audit before we issue a fixed proposal.

Can our business data stay local and private?

Where technically practical, yes. Private Local Intelligence adds a workload-tested local LLM appliance, local routing, security configuration, monitoring, and handoff. Approved external services may still be used unless fully local operation is specified.

How much does small business AI automation cost?

We begin with a $500 Revenue Leak + Admin Drag Audit. Managed installations currently start at $3,500 plus $500 per month for one operational priority. Final scope and fixed pricing are confirmed after the audit.

What does Managed Care include?

Managed Care covers monitoring, updates, backup verification, repair, routine tuning, incident triage, usage monitoring, and practical recommendations. It also includes education for owners and approved team members on the capabilities Embyrs installed. New capabilities and major changes are quoted separately.

What makes Ordisyn Managed Care different?

Managed Care does more than maintain what Embyrs installed. It keeps your installation eligible for compatible improvements from the advancing Ordisyn Foundation while your business information, credentials, and proprietary processes remain isolated.

Where do you provide local AI help?

Ordisyn by Embyrs is based in Coeur d'Alene and serves businesses across Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Liberty Lake, Spokane Valley, Spokane, nearby North Idaho, and Eastern Washington. Remote implementation may also be available for a good-fit project.
